PROSPECTIVE TENANTS:
Applications can be found and submitted through the application tab in this website. One application must be submitted for each applicant over 18 who will occupy the property. Once your application is received, we will return an e-mail to you with payment instructions and a "portal login". The cost per application is $35.00. We require a half month's rent or $500, whichever is greater, as a hold deposit. The hold deposit will be credited towards all move in costs or returned to you if your application is denied. The hold deposit will not be returned to you if you are approved and do not enter into a lease. You may request a sample lease at anytime for review.
First month's rent, an equal amount as a security deposit and last month's rent will be collected before occupancy. Pet fees of no less then $250 may apply. Once your application has been approved, we will contact you to make arrangements to sign a lease. We will do a walk-thru of the property together shortly before your lease takes effect as well. Also, we realize that little things come up during those first few weeks that may not have been seen during a walk-thru. We ask that you give as a letter/e-mail letting us know of any concerns or even just items you would like to point out and have on record.
