For those of you interested in renting one of our fantastic vacation homes, please read on.  We hope to answer many of the questions you may have and explain our policies.

 

RESERVATIONS:

 When reserving a vacation property, we require a minimum $500.00 hold/damage deposit and full payment at least 30 days prior to arrival for one month stays and longer.  The deposit will be refunded to you within 15 days of your departure providing there is no claim for damages.  On the occasion that your reservation is for less then one month or is a last minute reservation, special payment arrangements can be made through the office.  When requesting a reservation, you can expect a confirmation sheet with all dates, check-in and check-out times, general rules and regulations and payment information.  We will ask that you returned a signed copy of the confirmation sheet to us with necessary payment. The unit you are interested in cannot be considered "reserved" until we receive a hold deposit for it.  We make online payments available to you for this purpose.  Online payments can be made with a bank routing number and account number through a secure portal and login provided to you.  Payment can also be taken over the phone.  If you do not have internet capabilities, please call the office directly so we may assist the transaction personally.

 

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT:

  All of our properties are fully turn-key furnished including bedding and towels.  Most properties will have a small start amount of soap, toiletries, detergent and paper products however you are responsible to provide you own necessary hygiene products.  If you find items in the property, feel free to use whatever you need.  If you use it all, please replace it; if you leave items behind for the next guest, we thank you for them in advance.

 

CLEANING:

 Cleaning fees are a minimum of $100.00 for two guest and $10 per person after.  If your pet is vacationing with you, there may be additional cleaning fees also. You will receive your property recently cleaned with freshly laundered towels and linens.  We do not rent a unit out unless we would put our own families in it, and trust us, our mom expects it to be clean!  Upon your departure, we ask that you remove any garbage from the property and place dirty linens on the floor for laundering.  

 

MAINTENANCE:

  We like our properties to be well maintained.  If you find something not in working order, please tell us immediately and we will do everything possible to correct it quickly.

 

PETS:

  Accepted pets must remain on a leash at all times.  Any pet messes should be discarded appropriately and respect to the neighborhood given a all times.  We reserve the right to require a pet to be removed from a property if there is any disturbances caused by the pet.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

  We understand that no one cancels their vacation because they really want to.  That being said, we will make valiant attempts to fill your reserved spot if you will not be able to use your vacation reservation .  If we are able to fill your spot and the owner of the property has no financial impact from it, we are glad to refund any monies paid.  If we are not able to find a replacement tenant to take up your reserved time, we can not give any refunds and make no promises or warranties to do so.  Deposits and payments are non-refundable.  We suggest travel insurance if this is a concern for you.

 

WIFI, Special Requests:

  Please let us know as soon as possible if you will be requesting internet service for your stay.  Most properties will already have standard Internet service and basic cable available however there may be an addition charge for the service.  Any other specials requests are welcome.  We will try our best to accommodate.  Landline phones are not always available.
